The Genuine Ricoh GH2220 is a compact, high-performance industrial inkjet printhead from Ricoh’s GH Series, developed for cost-effective high-speed and high-image-quality printing. Featuring 384 nozzles and a 32.4 mm print width, it delivers native 300 dpi resolution. Utilizing advanced Piezo Dicing Technology and a Silicon Chamber structure, the head accurately controls droplets ranging from 3–5 pL in binary mode up to approximately 21 pL in multi-drop greyscale mode. Maximum drive frequencies of 30 kHz (binary) and 24 kHz (greyscale) support productive industrial operation. Fully compatible with aqueous and solvent inks, the GH2220 offers a simple, heater-less design that is easy to integrate into systems for sign graphics, textiles, DTG and coding applications.
