Factory-original Mimaki M017429 (superseding / interchangeable with MP-M025074) industrial on-demand piezo printhead engineered specifically for the Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus and UJF-7151 Plus II UV flatbed printers.
OEM Part Number: M017429 / MP-M025074 (Core Code: Toshiba TEC CF1 / CA4 Architecture) | High-Precision Industrial Piezoelectric DoD UV-Curable Printhead
The Original Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus Printhead (M017429 / MP-M025074) is a heavy-duty industrial printhead engineered to meet demanding industrial manufacturing standards, high-throughput commercial customization, and precision instrument marking. Arranged in a 6-head staggered carriage configuration on the UJF-7151 Plus platform, this unit drives process colors (CMYK), high-density Opaque White, Gloss Clear, and Primer onto rigid plastics, glass, metals, acrylics, wood, and leather up to 153 mm thick.
Engineered with 636 active addressable micro-nozzles configured in high-density linear arrays, the printhead achieves native optical output resolutions up to 1200 × 1200 DPI. The unit integrates an active internal ink circulation channel that continuously cycles UV-curable ink directly past the nozzle chambers. This constant movement prevents pigment settling—critical for titanium dioxide white ink and metallic formulations—while automatically purging micro-bubbles and preventing nozzle dropouts during long industrial production cycles.

1. Platform Incompatibility with Desktop UJF Series: The M017429 / MP-M025074 is engineered specifically for the Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus series. It cannot be used in compact entry-level flatbed models (such as UJF-3042FX/HG, UJF-6042, or UJF-3042MkII / UJF-6042MkII, which use Epson or Ricoh-based heads like M010010 or M005860). Physical mountings, recirculation connections, and electrical pinouts are completely different.
2. Mandatory Head ID Parameter Registration: Following mechanical docking, the technician MUST enter the alphanumeric Head ID value (printed on the barcode label) into the printer's service maintenance parameters (`#PARAMETER` > `HEAD ID`). Operating without registration will lead to incorrect drive voltages, droplet deflection, and premature actuator damage.
3. Circulation Loop Priming & De-aeration Protocol: Always prime the supply and return fluid loops using the printer's service maintenance routine until the lines are entirely free of micro-bubbles. Trapped air inside the internal heating chamber will disrupt meniscus pressure, causing temperature errors and severe nozzle dropouts.
4. Faceplate Maintenance & Capping Care: Never wipe the nozzle plate with dry shop wipes or abrasive materials. Use only genuine lint-free swabs moistened with approved Mimaki UV cleaning liquid (such as F-200 / LF-200 wash). Inspect rubber cap tops and wiper blades regularly to avoid cured UV ink accumulation along the nozzle plate perimeter.

Condition: 100% Brand New, Genuine OEM Factory-Original Mimaki Industrial Replacement Printhead in sealed factory packaging with factory preservation fluid intact.
Manufacturer Warranty: Covered under standard OEM parts limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects out-of-box prior to ink introduction. No warranty applies once active UV ink or flush fluid has been introduced into the micro-fluidic chambers, or if damage results from head strikes, substrate collisions, electrostatic discharge, or improper cable seating.
Return Policy: Precision industrial electronic component. Unopened, factory-sealed boxes with intact tamper-evident seals are eligible for standard commercial return. Once the vacuum seal is broken, protective nozzle tape removed, or the head mounted onto a carriage frame, returns cannot be accepted due to fluid priming, static risk, and electrical contamination hazards.
