Factory-original Mimaki M015885 HA812 dedicated high-gap piezo printhead assembly engineered for Mimaki TS300P-1800, Tx300P-1800, and Tx300P-1800B textile printers.
OEM Part Number: M015885 / MP-M015885 (Core Code: UH-HA812 / UH-HA812MK) | High-Gap Industrial Piezoelectric Textile DoD Printhead Module
The Original Mimaki TS300P / Tx300P HA812 Printhead Assembly (M015885) is a factory-original electro-mechanical printhead unit designed for continuous industrial roll-to-roll dye sublimation and direct-to-textile manufacturing. Installed in a 4-head staggered in-line array within the TS300P and Tx300P carriage systems, this module enables single-pass and multi-pass production speeds up to 115 m²/h while maintaining precise ink droplet trajectory and dot circularity.
Constructed with high-rigidity stainless steel, nickel alloy cavity plates, and chemical-resistant bonding resins, the HA812 architecture handles aggressive textile chemistries including dye-sublimation (Sb410 / Sb411), disperse, textile pigment (TP400), reactive (Rc400), and acid dye inks. The module is specifically calibrated to project high-velocity droplets across high platen gaps (adjustable from 2.0 mm up to 7.0 mm), overcoming paper cockling on lightweight, economical transfer papers and fabric surface fibrillation while preventing platen contact and ink deflection.

1. Platform Compatibility Scope & DX-Series Non-Interchangeability: The M015885 HA812 assembly is engineered specifically for Mimaki TS300P and Tx300P series printers. It is physically, electrically, and fluidically incompatible with Epson-based DX5 (M007947 / F160010) or DX7 platforms (M015307). Never install this unit into legacy JV33, JV5, or JV300 carriages.
2. Mandatory Head ID Parameter Registration: Following mechanical mounting and ribbon cable connection, the technician MUST enter the alphanumeric Head ID value printed on the barcode label into the printer's service maintenance parameters (`#PARAMETER` > `HEAD ID`). Operating without registration will result in incorrect piezo driving waveforms, drop deflection, and premature actuator failure.
3. Damper & Sub-Tank De-aeration Protocol: Always install new dedicated ink dampers (M017216) and prime the sub-tank lines using a service syringe to draw fluid gently through the head until air bubbles are completely cleared. Trapped micro-bubbles inside the HA812 acoustic cavity will cause stubborn nozzle dropouts during high-frequency passes.
4. Faceplate Maintenance Precautions: Never wipe the nozzle plate with dry shop rags or paper towels. Use exclusively genuine lint-free foam-tipped cleaning swabs moistened with approved Mimaki washing liquid. Inspect the rubber capping station seals and wiper blades regularly to prevent dried pigment crusting around the nozzle orifices.

Condition: 100% Brand New, Genuine OEM Factory-Original Mimaki Industrial Replacement Printhead in sealed factory packaging with factory preservation fluid intact.
Manufacturer Warranty: Covered under standard OEM parts limited warranty against material and manufacturing defects out-of-box prior to ink introduction. No warranty applies once active textile ink or flush fluid has been introduced into the micro-fluidic chambers, or if damage results from head strikes, platen rubs, ungrounded electrostatic discharge, or improper cable seating.
Return Policy: Precision industrial electronic component. Unopened, factory-sealed boxes with intact tamper-evident seals are eligible for standard commercial return. Once the vacuum seal is broken, protective nozzle tape removed, or the head mounted onto a carriage frame, returns cannot be accepted due to fluid priming, static risk, and electrical contamination hazards.
