- Power Isolation Protocols: Complete electrical power-down must be verified prior to disconnecting or reconnecting ribbon cables. Never hot-plug connections.
- Operational Precision: Completely shut off power to the CimJet unit prior to disconnecting or connecting the printhead cable to avoid damaging sensitive driver circuits. Always observe ESD precautions. Clean the ceramic heating line using 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and non-abrasive cotton swabs regularly. Ensure that the ribbon tension and printhead pressure are correctly calibrated to prevent ribbon slippage or localized overheating.
- Certified Technician Requirement: Physical mounting and electrical alignment must be conducted exclusively by trained industrial service personnel.
